Ali has been on the tools for 14 solid years and is the original creator of Dread Fixations NZ. She has refined her technique with the hook over the years to bring you the fastest most efficient dread work.
Ali is an artist, yogi and dancer. When she's not helping you look your best you can find her bringing people together, creating vibes and stoking the dance floor. She teaches contact improv dance, facilitates ecstatic dance and has been known to spin some phat lushious bass lines.

Mobile Maintenance:
$100 p/1st hr then $80 p/h (minimum charge 1hr)
Regular root maintenance normally takes 1-2 hours
Blunting expect 1hr per 50 dreads approx.

New Sets:
Prices vary depending on length and thickness and start at:
$350 for full heads
$250 for half heads
$12-$15 per dread for just a few

What to know about Extensions
Your hair needs to be 5inches/12cm long to attach extensions
Extensions may not be able to be added to all existing dreads; if your dreads are damaged at the ends or well matured there may not be enough loose fibre to attach them securely
Synthetic Hair:
Human hair:
We don’t recommend using real hair if you want white/platinum blonde extensions due to the high amount of processing involved pre dread making
Extensions come with a 1 year guarantee but usually last a few years without a problem.
